Abstract

General practitioners are the backbone of primary health care, responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, the rational diversion of medical resources and continuous medical services. The "5+3" model adopted in the training of general practitioners in China has limitations in addressing the problems of insufficient clinical experience, inadequate communication skills, and the improvement of diagnostic abilities among new general practitioners. This study organically integrates the outpatient teaching and digital means, and constructs the independent practical and progressive outpatient teaching mode. The construction of this mode provides a reference for exploring the new general practice outpatient training and learning channels, and improving the quality of professional degree master training.
