Standardized training for resident physicians is an important stage for medical students to become clinical physicians. Strengthening the informationization construction of the training system to achieve high-quality training has always been one of the focuses in this field. At present, the operation of the hospital's standardized training information system has shown initial results, but there are still shortcomings such as inconsistent positioning of system information functions, uneven horizontal development of the system, low efficiency of information technology services, and insufficient security of the system, which need to be strengthened and improved. New quality productivity is a new form of productivity formed by the integration of cutting-edge modern technology. On the basis of summarising the current situation of hospital training informatization construction, this paper analyzed the problems and deficiencies of training information system construction, discussed how the new hospital informatization system can rely on the new quality of productivity, continuously strengthen the informatization of training work, facilitate the seamless integration of medical education and the cultivation of clinical practice ability, and analyzed the efficacy of its practical application and its prospects for development.
