Duties and responsibilities of Party A:
1. It is guaranteed that the content of this manuscript has not been published before and that there are no double submissions.
2. Ensure that there are no leaks of military and scientific and technological secrets in the text.
3. All authors are guaranteed that there is no disagreement on the authorship and ranking. For multi-unit collaborative manuscripts, it is guaranteed that there is no disagreement on the order of the units and there is no dispute on intellectual property rights. During the revision process, if there is any addition or deletion of authors or change of authorship unit, all authors must agree and the first authorship unit must issue a seal certificate.
4. The corresponding author of the manuscript (or the first author if the corresponding author is not indicated) is responsible for the revision, Q&A, proofreading of the manuscript, and handling all matters related to the manuscript such as the offprint.
5. Authors are responsible for the consequences of this manuscript. If there is any discrepancy with items 1-4, the author shall bear all responsibilities and be responsible for compensating the editorial office for losses.
6. After the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors transfer all kinds of copyrights (including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network transmission, broadcast, performance rights, translation, compilation, adaptation, etc.) to the editorial office of New Medicine.
7. The corresponding author should review the full text, including: the academic views and text expressions of the full text are free of error; the data and charts are correct; noun terminology is standardized; the statistical methods are correct; the legal unit of measurement is correct; references are checked against the original text one by one, and they are all correct.
8. After the manuscript is published, authors have the right to copy, disseminate, and use their articles (e.g., non-commercial academic seminars, exchanges, academic reports, lectures, etc.) or use them for other non-commercial legal purposes in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. However, it is necessary to retain the author's signature, the information of the author's affiliation, the information of the publication date of New Medicine, etc., and indicate whether the original article has been modified.
