The criteria for identifying academic misconduct in New Medicine refer to the Measures for the Prevention and Handling of Academic Misconduct in Colleges and Universities promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Standards for Academic Publishing - Definition of Academic Misconduct in Periodicals (CY/T174-2019) officially issued and implemented by the National Press and Publication Administration.
For all submitted manuscripts, the journal has passed the double inspection of Wanfang Paper Plagiarism Detection System (WFSD) and CNKI Academic Misconduct Literature Detection System (AMLC), and the manuscripts with a repetition rate of < 15% and 4 layouts ≥ will enter the follow-up process.
If your paper is involved in any kind of academic misconduct before or after publication, all authors of the paper should be held accountable for the consequences, and the editorial office will take the following measures:
1. Rejection, retraction of published manuscripts, and website notification;
2. The first author and corresponding author will be included in the list of academic misconduct authors of the New Medicinel, and the journal and Zhongnan Medical Journal Press will no longer accept any submissions from the first author and corresponding author;
3. Notify the author of the paper and his unit to be severely dealt with in accordance with the law.
