With the outbreak of the  novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia by the end of 2019, there appeared the "stigmatized" phenomenon which towards to the Wuhan city and the Wuhan people. Based on this, this study retrieve related literature of the situation of Chinese "stigmatized" problem of disease formation, and want to find out the relevant of the disease and the "stigmatized" phenomenon and how to solve it. Then we put forward some specific solutions from different levels in this outbreak, hopes that we can put forward feasible plans for the prevention and control of the epidemic and the governance of related social events in the future.
