This paper reports the Shanghai signing hubei psychological medical team using cognitive behavioral therapy for a hypochondriac tendency citizen case for psychological assistance, the citizen under COVID-19 outbreak appeared nervous worry that too much attention to the body feeling hypochondriac tendency such as performance, after get psychological assistance hotline to actively listen to undergo counseling on the citizen, on the basis of empathy to understand cognitive correction using cognitive behavioral therapy in mental health education and reconstruction of relaxation training to establish a support system to discuss self-reflection strategy after the intervention, their mood improved significantly, and interpersonal social functions such as recovery work.
