Objective  Through the rapid systematic review, the research on international coordinated prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and countermeasures in Chinese were searched in order to provide the basis reference for decision-making. 

Methods  Three databases including CNKI, CEDB, CSSCI were searched. Retrieval time from database establishment to February 5, 2020. The inclusion and exclusion criteria are formulated for information extraction and subject synthesis. 

Results  373 studies on interna-tional collaborative prevention and control of infectious diseases were collected and 8 studies were finally included. Refining and integrating two themes of international coordinated prevention and treatment measures and China’s coping strategies. The former includes the support of international law, the traction of WHO and the participation of diverse subjects. The domestic coping strategy includes clear positioning, formulating and complying with policies, and establishing a sound monitoring system. 

Conclusion  The prevention and control measures of infectious diseases requires international coordination, integration and deployment of resources for a positive response. As a developing country, China should strive to formulate scientific and flexible policies, improve the epidemic prevention and control system, strength-en public health governance capabilities and take an active part in international collaboration on major infectious disease control.
